A Collaborative Approach

How We Work With You

How We Work With You

We adopt a collaborative approach, enabling you to work in partnership with your therapist to establish specific therapy goals. Engaging in practice outside of sessions is a crucial component of the treatment. Typically, we agree on tasks after each session for you to practice in your daily life, enhancing the outcomes of your treatment. Your therapy is conducted by an experienced mental health professional with several years of practice in the NHS, who is also a qualified and accredited CBT therapist.

What We Can Offer

Mental health problems manifest differently in individuals. Collaboratively, we’ll assist you in understanding how these difficulties may have originated. Through exploring everyday scenarios, we’ll uncover the contributing factors that sustain these issues. You’ll have the space to delve into your experiences, allowing us to mutually agree on the therapy’s focal points for you.

Expect a comprehensive triage assessment to pinpoint the best-suited treatment approach. Our repertoire includes evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

As a fully independent psychological service, our sole focus is providing high-quality, effective treatment for all clients. Since establishing the service in 2016, we’ve garnered a strong reputation among private self-funded individuals, the local council, insurance companies, and corporate businesses.

Over 95% of our clients achieve their therapy goals and commend our service.

Unlike larger organisations, we cut through red tape, ensuring most appointments are available within a week of inquiry and triage assessment.
